To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@smartence.ai with your account details and the reason for your request.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any remaining days in that period unless you fall within the 7-day refund window mentioned above.
